For installation of devices on pipes and stays; carts, stands, wheelchairs, etc. Smallest diameter pipe or bar – 19mm (3/4 inch). Largest diameter pipe or bar – 30mm (1 1/8 inch). Mounting plate sized 50 x 42mm with pre-drilled holes. Attaches securely to round handlebars or any round pipe. The face plate accommodates all ProClip device holders and other device holders with the AMPS hole pattern
